We start by evaluating your job application and enclosure. We go through your previous employments, education, interests in your spare time etc. However, the most important is that the job suits you and that we get a good feeling of you as a person before a possible personal interview.
Your job application and enclosure will be read by the responsible personal manager. The purpose is to answer and evaluate the content in relation to the job.
If necessary, your application and enclosure will be shared internally with relevant persons during the recruitment procedure. The material will not be shared with others outside the company.
Applications and enclosures will be saved for a maximum of six months to ensure documentation for correct recruiting procedure. Subsequently, applications and enclosures will be deleted.
If job applications and enclosures are to be saved for more than six months, an individual consent will be obtained from the applicant.
