We are open, but we take every precaution and therefore, you might experience that the time of delivery is longer than normal.
Yesterday on March 11th 2020, the Danish Government strengthened the recommendations and restrictions for all Danish citizens to lower the spread of COVID-19 (Corona virus). This means among other things that many public employees are sent home from work, day care centers and schools are closed, events with more than 100 people should be canceled, and all public libraries, culture centers etc. are closed for at least two weeks as of Friday, March 13th.
A part of this new strengthened approach is a strong recommendation from the Danish Government to all private companies to take all necessary precautions and contribute to the best possible extent in reducing the risk of the spread of COVID-19.
At Cycle Service Nordic we are especially aware of our responsibilities to protect the health of our employees and their relatives.
Therefore, today on March 12th 2020, we have introduced several initiatives for all employees at our Danish headquarters and warehouse. These initiatives may lead to a slower order processing time as regards purchase and sales orders. On that basis, we ask our customers in all the Nordic countries to understand the seriousness of the situation in Denmark and to understand that deliveries may be delayed over the coming weeks.
We take these initiatives to ensure that we can maintain our operations and thus servicing all our customers for as long as possible in this difficult time.
